The Eye of the Storm

I was born with the Second War and watched as Innocence died in the Third. Just as the Storm comes and crashes down upon the earth so too does my wrath upon those that dare to tread upon my honor. I am an Uchiha; the defending storm of Konoha. you will not see me coming, you will not hear me arrive. But when i leave, there will be naught but devastation in my wake. OC-Uchiha! AU!
