Summary
In a twist of fate, Lyanna Stark gives birth to a baby girl, and Eddard Stark takes home with him Joan Snow, his bastard daughter, while the late Queen Rhaella leaves behind two sons, Viserys and his infant brother Daeron, before they're smuggled across the Narrow Sea to Essos. (or, Jon and Daenerys are born the opposite gender and their stories are mostly changed as a result.)
