Joss Carter has a lot on her mind after returning home from Bishop, TX where she went to help John Reese find their friend Harold Finch after he was taken. But she's not the only one with things on her mind. She gets a surprise visit from John who reveals how deeply Layla's kidnapping effected him, and how the thought of losing Joss actually played a part in why he called Elias.
