Three weeks after being released from the facility, two weeks after Atlas and P-Body discovered that chamber full of test subjects, and one week after GLaDOS had a horrific reunion with the bird, Chell is dragged back to Aperture to assist GLaDOS in removing a computer virus, nicknamed "Calypso," that has taken over Aperture Science.
