Special Birthday Celebration

I created my own character because i couldn't really make a story that would match the other character's personality so basically i made up my own personality. All other characters are included but in this chapter Himeragi is not but she will be in the next one. the character is Sarah MeiMei and she plans to give Kojou a birthday he'll never forget.
