Courtesan Harriet Potter was falsely accused of conspiring with the devil to summon the elder vampire and aiding him in murdering the innocents and was banished from the city by Minister Lucius. 9 years later, when the the elder vampire strikes again and no-one is able to stop him, she's called back.
