It was just a normal day at a World Meeting as usual, everything was chaotic and nothing was getting done. Until someone realised that England was missing. Suddenly the doors open revealing a child just exactly like the said nation. (I don't own the cover picture, and contains Chibi! England. And rated T just to be safe!)
