As a servant of Mythal, Inquisitor Levallen Has regained the immortality lost to her people for so long and still holds her position as the head of the Inquisition to this day and hosts a ball every seven years at Hogwarts in hopes of attracting eager recruits once they graduate. This year goes far from what she had planned.
