Henrietta Lange should have had a plan A, B, and C on how to deal with Deeks' reaction to Kensi missing in Afghanistan. If she had, she wouldn't be sitting in the hallway of Director Vance's office, needing to explain how her police officer went rogue and tore up half of Afghanistan looking for her.
