Displaced 'verse: Sentinel and the Outlaws

Pre-Reboot, alternate continuation. Tim retires from the role of Red Robin, primarily due to heath reasons, disassociating himself with the family that seemingly no longer needs him. Although he cannot fight crime running along rooftops, he refuses to be useless, and makes a name for himself following in Barbara's footsteps... whether the rest of family knows this or not.
