Summary
When a new killer in Gotham is murdering citizens faster than the GCPD can keep up, they have to work double time to catch the killer. Problem is, now they've got to deal with a rowdy Oswald that's been turned in by Mooney. Will they postpone a dire case, or hold out on helping someone who still owes Jim a favor that could come in handy?
