A Valentine's Day fan fiction. I know it isn't Valentine's Day but the idea hit me so I rolled with it. Human and Country names are used in this one. Even when it rains, couples are still shining brightly. Maybe that's why England hates this day; that or his loneliness is beginning to get the best of him. Rated T for language
