Sixteen years after the defeat of He Who Should Not Be Named, Hogwarts has started a student exchange program with other Witchcraft and Wizardry schools across the oceans- namely the U.S. This brings in a group of new students to Hogwarts just in time for the Tri Wizard Tournament.
