Different Realities

As the Autobots and Decepticon stumble across a strange device that is of unknown origin. As one of their human friends accidentally activates the device it transports the two wagering factions and humans into a different universe where they landed on a dead planet that belongs to an advanced humanity a few years prior to the war with the covenant been over.
