Don't Lose Hope Now

Dudley Dursley needs to get out. Charlus Potter is all that's left of his family. Albus Dumbledore and Sirius Black are all that's left of the Order of the Phoenix. Lucius wants revenge. This is just a Chapter 0, a sort of rambling of an idea I had. I wrote it in an hour, and it shows. Might make this into something full fledged. Twins, WBWL, but I hope I took a unique spin.
