Summary
Evan Ramirez of the Alolan Islands has a secret: A birthmark on his chest shaped like a rare breed of Pokemon, combined with some of its abilities. When his village is ravaged by a sentient storm, he and his best friend manage to escape, where it turns out there are others like him. However, the "others" may have secrets as well.
