Limited Funds

The horcrux in Harry's scar is very unstable, leading to an unforeseen event. To protect the Potter funds, Harry instills new rules. Only deposits can be made, and only stuff deposited in the previous ten years can be withdrawn. These rules are in place until the bank, Gringotts, fails. Then, all funds belong to the potter heirs.
