More mutants have been popping up lately.. Is it due to the mutagen, or is someone else pulling the strings? Why and how are most of the mutants humanoid? How come many of them are malevolent, while others aren't? What is going on? ...And will the turtles begin falling for some of these humanoid mutants? Contains OCs. Romaction.
