Mario Kart 9: A New Rush

After Turbo's defeat at the hands of Wreck-it Ralph, Vanellope feels like she's not having enough fun as President, so she advises a tournament for her and her friends and after one race, a new racer begins to develop hidden feelings for one of the racers. Suddenly, racers start to go missing and he and his friends begin a rescue mission.
