In Dreams

A former enemy is back inside Torchwood, and has learned a thing or two about how to get to Jack. After targeting Ianto with a bomb that causes the victim to be unable to wake up, Ianto suffers implanted dreams that are as real as any nightmare he's lived through yet. (Post-series 2, some spoilers in later chapters.)
