Sirius' Letter

What if Sirius had written a letter to Remus? What would be have wrote in it? The letter was written while Sirius was on the run, after he had escaped Azkaban and before Peter escaped. Sirius wrote to Remus hoping that he could convince his friend of the truth. One-shot containing the letter.
