Booker has dealt with many evils, but vampires are not one of them. Even when that vampire knows everything about him and will stop at nothing to have him. That same vampire destroyed his future twenty years ago, and is the reason for his depression; with the addition of an odd voice in his head. He refuses to let her control him, but this vampire has some tricks up her sleeve.
