Summary
The cycle of birth and death is broken by a sudden nuclear apocalypse and the contaminated living dead which begin feasting on survivors. Seven from Japan, cornered in a city known as Fuyuki, learn that whosoever outlives the others will receive a wish. Familiars summoned via corrupted magic mark them as prey, though clueless Atosaki Kurokawa somehow reaches the heart of one. [AU]
