Most of the 4th grade gang are sent to Summer Camp where Helga meets some new friends. Jelously arises for Arnold as people start to ponder if Ferb and Helga are a couple. Will he win Helga's heart? Or rather has she won his? Also, Perry and Abner go on some awesome missions which Pookie (Arnold's grandma) grows suspious of.
