Crossover with Myshiroyuki's "Kamen Rider Vitaz", Yukio Kikaido has been transported to a world where the friendliest Kamen Rider has become a harbinger of destruction, and learns of the troubles that that world has. Unfortunately, his siblings aren't going to take this lying down, and have brought their viruses to wreak even more destruction. What's an android to do?
