If someone asked most people who ruled this world they would say Eren Jaeger. If someone asked me, I’d probably say whoever has the Founding Titan. Yes, for a long time the Jaeger family has been in power. But really anyone could take the Founding Titan. They just hadn’t. Eren Jaeger was simply the current holder.
