Harry Potter rescues Gabrielle from some vile merfolk, leading to several unforeseen repercussions within him, causing him to become bonded with her and Fleur. NO Hermione or Daphne Greengrass or Ginny. Just Harry/Fleur/Gabrielle. If Gabrielle being included is too much of a problem despite being aged to 16, I will write another story that bypasses that.
