Summary
Three thousand years ago, the technologically advanced island empire of Seatopia genetically engineered its own monsters to defend itself from the monsters that lived around it. However, when a new intern in the Genetics Administration uncovers a secret project, the empire is plunged into civil war that shifts allegiances and attracts the attention of old rivals.
