He had never thought that he would become so consumed with his desire to master a subject, especially one he despised. However, his eyes had been opened. In the grand scheme of things he was not even a blimp in the existence of the cosmos; he could not imagine a more humbling realization. Maybe that was why he was trying so hard; he wanted to be more than a blimp.
