Summary
The League of Villains has a weapon called the Kurozuki that turns quirks into curses, devolving them into monsters like the nomu. But occasionally the Kurozuki will synthesize the quirk, making it evolve and grow stronger, as it did for All for One and Tomura. They begin testing, and accidentally create Kitsune, the only one who can stop them. Todoroki finds her, and enlists her.
