Joel "K-Dog" Fennell is the newest employee of I.M.P, The Immediate Murder Professionals. A mysterious, anonymous clinic asks the company to take out a troublesome target on Earth for him. Along the way, he and Loona, the Boss's adopted daughter, begin to form a relationship with each other. As the two of them work together, the Clown become closer and the relationship grows.
