One-shot. Elizabeth realizes something in the quiet after Barbossa leaves her in the captain's quarters of the Pearl: she's still alive and unharmed. She's the only one on the ship who's alive, which means her life is valuable. Something like courage pours into her veins and Elizabeth the Pirate King gets an early start. Step one: interacting with the terrifying skeletal captain.
