Orphan Nanny

A woman finds a little boy covered in blood hidden in an alleyway. People ideally pass without a second look, where she stops to help him. That night she takes Shimura Tenko home to raise him as her own. Years later, this happens twice more. One with another boy named Touya, and a young girl named Himiko.
