Special Agent Pride after finding out about his friend Leroy Jethro Gibbs body wasn't found at the lake after his boat Rule 91 had exploded. He takes over as the team leader for the Naval Yards with Senior Field Agent McGee turning it down, and is embroiled in a search for the serial killer and an old friend leaving New Orleans.
