In Blackwood City, crime has risen horribly in the last few years. With the Titans getting even busier in Jump City, they're not able to always be there. However, throwing together six superpowered strangers doesn't sound like the best option either. Especially when they couldn't begin to imagine what lies underneath the city's peaceful facade. OC
