Birthday

Everyone is forgetting Regina's birthday which is unfortunately on New Year's Eve. After she doesn't show up on the new year party in the diner although she promised to provide the firework, Emma is furious. The next morning she seeks out Regina just to discover how badly they have treated her. Together the party guests plan a surprise party for Regina. TBC or oneshot?
