Summary
The Third World War has finally been done. Peace Treaties have been broken. The fires of war have raged on, destroying Civilization until all life has nearly been extinguished. No living being is safe from the wake of destruction that followed. And the victim of it all is a certain Avatar of Civilization and a certain Warden of Time.
