Toaru Fantaji no Vortex

"A Certain Fantasy Vortex" Ribasu Kazeno, or "Vortex" as he is known due to his ability of controlling wind to points where being considered a level 5 isn't too far off him. However, he doesn't want anything to do with being the strongest in his school and such. He just wants a normal life, but I think you can connect the dots to what his destiny entails for him.
