Summary
The Doctor, Martha, and Jack rewound time during the Master's takeover of Earth, but all those memories from the Year That Wasn't had to go somewhere-and Luke Smith, with all his untapped telepathic/telekinetic potential, ends up making an unfortunately good lightning rod. Crossover with Heroes, but mostly Whoniverse, including Torchwood and Doctor Who (through series 4).
