Starts before Bilbo's 111th birthday party. Dragonia was an elf-human hybrid child, but for some unknown reason to her, Gandalf had taken her to be raised by Bilbo when she was only a baby. Let The Lord of the Rings commence! T for now. May raise if needed. Fellowship/OC.
