Summary
New mental shutdown cases are beginning to emerge, leading to the discovery of a new type of Palace, the Jails. Believing the Phantom Thieves to be responsible, the police are now making moves to bring them in. In order to clear their name, they must work with Inspector Zenkichi Hasegawa from the inside to take down these Jails one by one before it is too late.
