Emil is a freelance landscape photographer. With finally having more money than a dingy motel, he moves into a typical boarding house with atypical people. Since he's only staying for a month, Emil remains distant (only wanting one date with his cute blond, hallmate), only to learn that people change people. And these atypical people, will change him.
