Preponderance

She was covered in blood. Her gun was on the floor. Two dead bodies with fatal bullet wounds are beside her. So they arrested her because the preponderance of evidence that point towards her is very convincing. Yet somehow the BAU agents do not believe that she could kill her husband and son.
