Three months has gone by since Joe disappeared, and life has still not went back to normal. In a lousy apartment in NYC a man is hiding a secret that could cost millions of lives. Right across the ocean, people are already being killed. The Hardys must either reconcile themselves to the past or fight the present- or maybe both.
