Friction

Dee and Ryo have been temporarily demoted thanks to the bomb incident, and it's causing friction between them. This is a sort of sequel to my fic 'Countdown'. It's set during Vol. 4, fairly early in Act 11, just after the 27th precinct blows up. Written for Challenge #83: Fight at fan flashworks.
