Summary
Jem's little sister is involved and Tessa's arrival just puts more pressure on her and her new relationship - she technically has two big brothers in her life (Will and Jem) and although Jem may let her do what she wants Will is curious about what has happened with her. Phoebe never wanted to be a shadowhunter, but this sudden interest sparks Will's curiosity.
