A car hits Kitahara Asuka and reality seems to have taken a vacation from then on. Stuck in the company of a sly bartender, a possibly insane story collector, and a cold inn manager, Asuka just wants to go back home, despite her supposed death. While in her stubborn refusal to acknowledge her death, the memories of her past life slip away. And she realizes her mistake too late.
