In this timeline there was never a rebellion in Egypt. Earth has always been under control of the Goa'uld. Women are property, and technology is limited. A resistance fighter, Jack O'Neill, buys a young scientist so she won't suffer a worse fate. A young Samantha Carter is less than thrilled.
