This story is a continuation of "You're Not," in which Rose was pregnant at the end of Doomsday. With a child came a shift in priorities, so Rose settled as best she could with a job and the family she had left. Her daughter, raised on stories of her father, was less content in Pete's World. When she finds herself at the start of a paradox, there's only one way to go: forward. OC
