Hermione and the Switching Potion

Hermione comes back to Hogwarts to graduate, but this time without Harry or Ron beside her. As Hermione tries to attend Hogwarts without her two best friends, something happens during potion class and now Hermione has to survive in a certain somebody's body who calls her. . . a mudblood, and that certain someone also had to survive in her body too.
